Gaston Symphonic Band - 2023/2024 Registration

This is the registration form to sign-up for the 2023/2024 season. If accepted, an e-mail will be sent to you with the pertinent links and details to become a GSB member.

We are open to all concert band musicians. We have immediate openings for Clarinets, Flutes, French Horns, Oboe, and Saxophones.

Annual dues for Adults is $30.00 & High School Students is $15.00. The dues e-mail with payment link will be sent if accepted to the band.

Here is our tentative schedule for the season:

1st rehearsal - Thursday August 24, 2023 (Grier Middle School)
Fall Concert - Thursday October 5, 2023, 6:00 - 9:00 PM
Christmas Concert - Friday December 8, 2023 at First Assembly
Christmas break December 10, 2023 - January 10, 2024 (no rehearsals)
1st rehearsal of 2024 - Thursday January 11, 2024 (Grier Middle School)
Tentative Winter Concert - March 15 or 16, 2024 at Belmont Abbey
Holy Thursday - March 28, 2024 (no rehearsal)
Gaston County Schools Spring Break - April 4, 2024 (no rehearsal)
Spring Concert - May 11, 2024 at Stowe Park Pavilion in Belmont
Memorial Day Remembrance Performance - May 27, 2024, 9:15 AM - 12:00 PM at Gaston Memorial Park
